Brothers David and Doug Beach have been proud owners of Twigs since August, 2000. They purchased the landmark restaurant with a vision to make Twigs a diverse place where tourist and locals can relax and have a nice, romantic meal in the dining room or a more casual dinner or drinks in the bar area. For folks with an appetite for after dinner drinks and activity, Twigs bar has bands on Friday and Saturday nights. Both David and Doug strive to carry on the tradition of casual mountain elegance.

The Food

Using the best and freshest ingredients possible, twigs specializes in a variety of dishes of the highest quality.  We include our touch by  adding a southern twist on many of the classic favorites, including Mountain Trout, Dungeness Crab Cakes, Filet Mignon and Duck Confit.

Twigs supports local farmers and co-ops whenever possible.  We source local, fresh, seasonal ingredients.  Each and every dish is prepared to order by our highly trained kitchen staff and served with a warm smile from our attentive waitstaff.

The Atmosphere

Twigs restaurant seats up to 88 people. The main dining room has a rustic, mountain feel lit with many twinkling lights. The main dining room is highlighted by an artistic twig partition and has many romantic tables. The smaller dining room is often used to seat private parties up to 20 people. Its fireplace and windows make it a great place to dine and watch the snow fall in the winter.
